Shredded Chicken is the New Pulled Pork

One of the things that makes chicken so versatile is the way in which you can play with its texture. Have you ever tried shredding cooked chicken? Using two forks simply pull apart the meat until finely shredded. Then add to your sauce or other ingredients and toss until fully combined.
