Honey Lemon Chicken

Ingredients

boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 ½ cup
water
¾ cups
honey
1 cup
lemon juice
2 tbsp
cornstarch
½ tsp
ginger, ground
freshly ground pepper, to taste

Steps
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
Put chicken breasts in an oven-proof casserole dish.
Combine the rest of the ingredients in a saucepan and heat to boil, stirring constantly.
Pour sauce over chicken and bake in oven until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Serve with rice and vegetables.
