Slow-Cooker Smothered French Onion Chicken

1 lb chicken breast, diced
1 cup basmati rice
2 cups green peas
2 cans (284 mL each) canned creamy French onion soup

  1. In a slow cooker, mix together chicken, basmati rice, peas and French onion soup. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours. Enjoy on its own or serve with a side of cut up vegetables.
