Chicken Caesar Salad
This delectable Caesar salad uses leftover cooked chicken to make a salad that stands up as a main or a side dish. Don’t shy away from using anchovy paste - it gives Caesar salad its delicious, distinctive flavour.

Romaine lettuce, torn in pieces

Dressing

mayonnaise

anchovy paste

Worcestershire sauce

lemon juice
1 tbsp
red wine vinegar

hot pepper sauce

Steps
In a large salad bowl combine chicken with bacon, tomatoes, croutons, lettuce and parsley.
Combine all ingredients for the dressing in a blender or food processor.
Blend until smooth and toss with salad.
