2 tsp chili powder
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper

Food Safety

Before you start, wash all surfaces and your hands with soap and warm water, and remember to wash your hands, utensils and cutting boards after they touch raw meat or eggs. Avoid cross-contamination by using a different cutting board for your meat and other ingredients. Make sure you’re cooking to safe temperatures and chilling any leftovers within two hours. Steps

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). In large bowl, combine olive oil, brown sugar, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, chili powder, salt and pepper; add chicken wings, tossing to coat well.

  2. In batches, arrange chicken wings in basket of air fryer; cook for 13 to 15 minutes, turning wings after 7 minutes, until chicken wings are cooked through and tender.

  3. Toss chicken wings with hot sauce until evenly coated. Serve with blue cheese dressing for dipping.

Helpful Tip

Use your favourite chicken wing seasoning or toss wings with your favourite barbecue sauce. Adjust heat level as desired.

Alternatively, preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake chicken wings on greased baking sheet in single layer for 18 to 20 minutes, turning chicken halfway through, or until crispy, golden brown and internal temperature of chicken registers 165°F (74°C) on instant-read thermometer.
