How to Make Chicken Sausage Patties with Apples & Sage
Everyone loves sausage for breakfast, but not everyone loves the saturated fat that comes along with most traditional sausages. Our chicken sausage patties contain only 17g of fat per serving and the apples and sage are the perfect complement to the ground chicken meat.
Making sausages at home needn’t be complicated. Simply toss your ingredients into a bowl and using your hands, mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Then, pop them in the fridge for 15 minutes to help the patties maintain their shape, and then fry ‘em up on the stove (about 6 minutes a side). Serve with your favourite style of eggs.
