Chinese California Fusion Chicken Salad Bowl

An easy no-cook meal perfect for lunch or a light dinner.

Fresh crisp iceberg lettuce, mixed greens and vegetables are paired with the crunchy textures of dry chow mein noodles, almonds and sesame seeds. The addition of chicken makes this salad a flavourful protein packed meal that can be enjoyed at lunch or dinner.

After tearing your lettuce into bite sized pieces, toss together the remaining veg and chicken. A handy trick to make dressing is to combine all the ingredients in a mason jar, seal and shake.

Top with slivered almonds, chow mein and fresh, chopped cilantro.
