Before you start, wash all surfaces and your hands with soap and warm water, and remember to wash your hands, utensils and cutting boards after they touch raw meat or eggs. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Thoroughly cook ground chicken in frying pan, breaking up pieces.
Layer whole wheat tortilla with ground chicken, pizza sauce, green pepper, red pepper and cheese.
Bake quesadilla in oven until cheese melts.
