Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper or foil; set aside.

Heat oil in large skillet set over medium-high heat; cook chicken, garlic powder, chili powder, stirring, for 10 to 12 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and golden brown. Season with salt and pepper. Toss with melted butter and hot sauce.

Arrange half of the chips in single layer on prepared baking sheet. Top with half each of the chicken mixture, Cheddar, blue cheese, red onion and pickled jalapeños. Repeat layers.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with sliced green onions before serving.
Recipe noteFor an extra kick, use a spicier cheese, such as a Tex-Mex blend or Pepper Jack cheese.
