Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). In large bowl, combine red and orange bell peppers, red onion, vegetable oil, chili powder, salt and pepper until well coated; add chicken, stirring to coat well.

In batches, arrange chicken mixture in air fryer tray; cook for 15 to 18 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.

Serve chicken mixture with warmed tortillas, guacamole, cilantro and lime wedges.

<strong>Alternatively</strong>, preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake chicken and vegetables on baking sheet in single layer for 18 to 20 minutes, turning halfway through, until vegetables are tender-crisp, chicken is golden brown and internal temperature of chicken registers 165°F (74°C) on instant-read thermometer.
