How to Make Honey Dijon Chicken Drumsticks

Drumsticks are a healthy and inexpensive way to feed a large family or guests at a pot luck. You can even remove the skin if you’re watching your weight, but if you can spare the calories then the skin is the best part!

And just look how easy this is: place the drumsticks on greased or foil lined baking sheet. Combine all your ingredients in a bowl and baste the drumsticks to coat evenly on both sides. Toss into the oven and bake for about 40 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 165°F, basting half way through if desired. That’s it, that’s all!

Try serving these with your favourite pasta salad and steamed veg for a complete meal.
