How to Make Chicken Pot Pie

Our fancied up chicken pot pie has an added French flair with the addition of leeks, Dijon mustard, and a white wine-based cream sauce.

Traditionally a budget meal, this is a chicken pot pie worthy of serving at a fancy dinner party. Paired with a lovely French wine, it makes for an elegant yet simple meal.

You also don’t need to spend hours slaving away making a pastry from scratch. Cheat and use a store-bought version, and your guests will never know the difference. The rest of the dish come together incredibly easy and bakes in a 350ºF oven for just 30 minutes.

Try baking them in individual ramekins for an even fancier serving presentation.
