Adding chicken to your breakfast as the protein source will allow you to get all the essential amino acids your body needs for growth and development. Plus, it will keep you feeling satisfied until your lunch/mid-morning snack.
This is a go-to “Grab and Go” breakfast recipe that offers important nutrients you need to start your day off right. Plus the use of leftover chicken definitely will help cut down on the morning breakfast rush.
