Nothing says summer like some Tex-Mex fare cooked up on the BBQ. Don’t be thrown by the number of ingredients either. It’s all spices that you likely have on hand and, if not, are readily available from the grocery store. This recipe also works well with almost any cut of chicken.
Using a bowl or large freezer bag, coat your chicken pieces with the liquids and spices. Let marinate in the fridge for at least an hour. Preheat you grill to medium and cook your chicken breast for about 10 minutes per side.
Serve with grilled corn and corn tortillas for a real Tex-Mex treat.
