Nutritionist and food consultant Theresa Albert helps you get chicken dinner on the table with the help of a simple salsa-yogurt sauce.

Getting dinner on the table has never been easier than with this four-ingredient dish. Theresa calls this recipe “Olé Smokes It’s Almost Dinner!” and it’s her go-to dish on busy nights.

To make this quick and easy dish all you need are some chicken breasts, a green vegetable (asparagus and broccoli work well), and equal parts plain yogurt and salsa. In a baking dish place the greens then the chicken and finally top with the yogurt salsa mixture. Pop into a 350ºF for 45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reach 165ºF.
