How to Make Chicken Tartlets with Cranberry Salsa

Using pre-baked tart shells (available in the freezer section of your grocery store) makes an otherwise complicated appetizer come together very quickly. Your guests don’t have to know it’s not from scratch!
After the filling is cooked, place a dollop in each of tart shell and bake for approximately 15 minutes or until golden. To make the cranberry sauce, simply blend the ingredients together keeping it a little chunky for some texture and place in the fridge for two hours to let the flavours mingle. Spoon a bit of salsa onto each tart and serve. Makes 24 bite size apps.
