Nothing complements tomatoes quite like fresh basil, and the addition of chicken turns this dish into a satisfying meal.
Making puff pastry from scratch can be time consuming and complicated, and with all the excellent options out there for frozen puff pastry, save yourself the hassle. After you’ve rolled out your pastry, simply arrange the chicken and sliced tomatoes in alternating rows, drizzle with some olive oil and bake at 350º F (175°C) for about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh chopped basil before serving.
