Quick Chicken Paprikash

Our Paprikash can be ready in just over 30 minutes and is destined to become a family favourite.

Paprikash is a traditional Hungarian dish made with sour cream, lots of paprika and served over egg noodles. While this recipe calls for chicken thighs you can easily substitute in chicken breasts if that’s what you have on hand.

We weren’t kidding either when we said it was quick. Cook up the chicken and onions until cooked through. Add butter, paprika and chicken broth and combine. Lower heat and once the dish has cooled a bit stir in the sour cream. It’s just that simple. Try adding in a little hot paprika for a kick.

Serve over steaming hot egg noodles.
